The Taylorville plant opened in 1986 and moved to our newly built production facility in 1997.  Phil Kelmel was among the first employees hired when that plant opened, and has over 20 years experience as our Plant Manager.  Most Taylorville employees have been there since the plant opened.  Taylorville has 20 years experience building highly customized products for government, military and industrial uses.
